Afternoon tea

This afternoon my half term started perfectly with afternoon tea.  My mum, sister, Ellie and I went to No. 15 Cafe House in Penwortham and it was lovely.

It was especially special as my mum can find it difficult eating out as many places just don’t understand coeliac disease, but when they presented her with a fantastic afternoon tea stand full of sandwiches, scones and cakes she was made up.

Although I see my mum most days it was nice to spend some quality time doing something different and I think we all enjoyed being ladies that lunch!

So a big thank you to No. 15 Cafe House I would definitely recommend it to friends and family to go and try their amazing cakes.  We will definitely be going back, possibly without a certain little lady so we can enjoy the beautiful gift shop and not worry about little fingers touching just about everything!
